When Carl Tart was five years old, he wrote a letter to Stephanie Tanner because he wanted to be her friend. She never wrote back, because she's a fictional character, but we still wanted to talk to him about it!! We also talked about the episode we watched, which was mostly about being itchy, but it also featured Danny's first-ever parenting mistake!!!
